Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Please ask us about credit card payments and bank drafts. We also offer financing through Wells Fargo Health Advantage to help make your treatment more affordable. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

Insurance
We routinely submit insurance claims. We ask you to pay co-insurance and deductible amounts, as well as charges for non-covered services, at the time of service. This helps reduce administrative billing costs.
